Here's what a retired Rear Admiral of the U.S. Coast Guard, Jim Underwood, has to say about our message:

We are very proud to have Rear Admiral Underwood as a supporter of our foundation and our commitment to water safety through early childhood education. With the support of the Merritt Island Breakfast Rotary Club, there will be 500 "Josh The Otter" books and other materials distributed in the Merritt Island Florida area as a start towards the ultimate goal of having every child in the district (over 7000) have the "Josh the Otter" Materials in hand.
